Responsibilities
- Assist ownership in building resale strategy - including but not limited to product-mix, pricing, store design, retail/online mix and strategic partnerships
- Work closely with Junkluggers team to cultivate and transform junk into treasures
- Build & manage a small team
- Comfortably engage with a wide variety of people every day
- Forge relationships with local businesses & charitable partners
- Manage social media campaigns to engage customers and increase traffic
- Prepare & present sales results; propose growth & efficiency plans
- Brainstorm new sales and partnership ideas
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in resale or thrift
- Knowledge of second hand market and products
- Familiar with inventory management and controls
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented; able to set aggressive goals and achieve them
- Excellent organization, time-management & attention-to-detail
- Proficiency with social media; Microsoft Word and Excel
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
