About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily field operations, including dispatch coordination, warehouse and fleet support, and on-shift crew accountability. This role works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure crews, equipment, and schedules run smoothly while supporting staff development and operational performance.

This is a hands-on, leadership role ideal for someone who is confident, thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving real-time problems, and can balance execution, accountability, and team support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily dispatch and crew scheduling to ensure efficient operations

Maintain warehouse organization, tools, and fleet readiness

Address and document on-shift employee accountability issues; escalate patterns or repeated issues to the Director of Operations

Assist with onboarding, field training reinforcement, and system access for staff

Support customer service issues and operational incidents as needed

Track and manage operational performance to meet team and workflow goals

Ideal Candidate

Experience in field operations, dispatch, logistics, or similar leadership role

Strong decision-making, organizational, and real-time problem-solving skills

Comfortable managing crews, trucks, warehouse, and on-shift operational issues

Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment

Clear communicator with field and office teams

Leverages team strengths to execute operations efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

$67,000–$80,000 annually, including base pay and performance-based bonus

Paid Time Off (PTO)
