Job Summary
We’re hiring Junk Removal Specialists (Luggers) to join our team.
You’ll start with a 2-week paid trial at $16/hr to learn the role and prove your work ethic.
After that, you move into a performance-based pay structure designed so strong team members can earn more than typical junk removal jobs through:
- Â Revenue bonusesÂ
- Â Review bonusesÂ
This is a fast-paced, physical job — not for everyone.
What You’ll Do
- Â Remove furniture, junk, and debris from homes & businessesÂ
- Â Lift, carry, and load items safelyÂ
- Protect customers’ property at all times (walls, floors, doorways, etc.)
- Â Deliver excellent customer serviceÂ
- Â Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposalÂ
- Â Work efficiently with your team to complete jobsÂ
Requirements
- Â Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
-  Valid driver’s license (no driving required initially)Â
- Â Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work
- Â Must pass background check (no criminal or misdemeanor history)
- Â Must have a smartphone
Attendance & Reliability:
- Punctuality is one of the most important requirements for this role
- Consistently being on time is mandatory — we do not tolerate lateness
- Â Must be dependable and ready to work at scheduled start timesÂ
Appearance & Professional Standards:
- Â Clean, professional appearance at all timesÂ
- Â Facial hair must be neatly groomed and professional
- Â Must provide your own:Â
- Â Black pants or shortsÂ
- Â Black closed-toe shoes (steel toe preferred)Â
- Belt (required at all times while in uniform)
- Company provides logo shirts (uniform)
- Company shirt must be tucked into your pants at all times while on the job
- Personal hygiene must be maintained at a high standard when interacting with customers and team membersÂ
